THURS OCT 31, 2024- CAMPING

 

HALLOWEEN. 

THE LAST EVENING I SAW MY OWN MOTHER ALIVE IN HER HOME.

THE YEAR 2012 AD.


WED OCT 30, 2024 -NO SLEEP LAST NIGHT!

 NO SLEEP TUESDAY NIGHT INTO THIS WED MORNING.

THIS TIME I FINALLY JUST GOT UP, SHOWERED AND WENT TO LEAVE CAMP BY 6AM FOR YOGA.

COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE LOCKED CAMP  GATES IN TIME.

HAD TO FINALLY TAP ON THE WINDOW OF THE SECURITY GUARD'S TRUCK TO WAKE HIM.

HE UNLOCKED THE GATES, BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE IN A RUSH FROM WEST BROWARD TO EAST DELRAY.

TOOK A BREATH.

TOOK MY TIME.

ATTENDED THE 9:15 AM CLASS.

HAD LUNCH .

RESTED MY HEAD IN THE ELEMENT, WENT INTO A LIGHT SLEEP.

SO MUCH TO DO TODAY.

SUCH SLEEP DEPRIVATION IS DEBILITATING.

TUES OCT 29, 2024~ CAMPING. STRONG PAIN, YET SOME REST!

ROUGH DRAFT JUST TO RECALL

...WOKE UP A BIT AFTER MIDNIGHT.

VISITORS/SQUATTERS SEEM TO BE OUT OF THE RESTROOM, AND RESTING IN THEIR OWN VEHICLE.

I WENT TO THE RESTROOM, PREPARED FOR NIGHT SLEEP.

TOOK AN OTC COLD MED.

SLEPT ON WOODEN FLOOR W/ NO CUSHIONING.

WOKE IN PAIN SEVERAL TIMES, MOUTH DRIED OUT AS USUAL.

NO! IT'S NOT NATURAL.

MANY OF US IN USA ARE DEALING WITH BEING "COOKED" EACH NIGHT.

SOME OF US KNOW; SEE DR TENT, A CHIROPRACTOR IN MICHIGAN.

 SLEEPING ON FLAT/ OR HARD-FLOOR  SURFACES WAS ALWAYS FAIRLY EASY FOR ME, EVEN IN RECENT PAST.

NOW, AFTER THIS HIT BY A CAR, THE RECENT MONTHS...

NOT ONLY AM I THINNER, 

I DEAL WITH OUT-OF-WACK PAIN,

 SINCE BEING HIT BY  THE  CAR DRIVEN BY THE OLD MAN FROM NEW YORK STATE.

NEVER, EVER Have I had any pain in the sacrum area of my body.

Just too tired to deal w/ communicating with lawyers, attorneys.

Especially worse since meeting the covert networks operating all around us.

FACTS are facts.

YET, I BET , AND KNOW, THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE, OF ALL WALKS, INCLUDING LAWYERS, ATTORNEYS AND  LESS CORRUPTED COURTS, AND JUDGES WHO WILL ASSIST ME TO MAKE PROPER LEGAL CLAIMS...

IT'S ALL A GAME ...I JUST NEVER QUITE KNEW THIS...

SOME INSIDE THE SYSTEMS KNOW WHAT IS BEING DONE, AND DO ASSIST TO DO MORE CORRECT ACTIONS.

 SUNDAY NIGHT, LAST NIGHT, I FELL ASLEEP INTO THAT ODD "PASS OUT" MODE.

IT'S GOOD, YET THEN I WOKE IN WEE HOURS.

COULD NOT GO BACK TO SLEEP.

ROUGH NIGHT AFTER I WOKE!

ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I NEEDED TO PACK, AND REORGANIZE THE VEHICLE CONTENTS!


STAYED UP A FEW HOURS, TRIED TO FORCE MYSELF TO GO BACK TO SLEEP/ REST.

ALL SO I COULD HAVE A MORE FRUITFUL PRODUCTIVE MONDAY!


MAYBE IT'S BETTER, OR BEST TO JUST GET UP... 

ACCOMPLISH MY TASKS, 

AND THEN, AS NECESSARY,  AIM TO NAP.

IT IS FOR THE BEST.

THIS PLACE IS LOCATED NEAR THE LOCAL FBO. / AIRPORT.

THERE IS A HOMELAND S. OFFICE WITHIN THIS LOCAL AIRPORT, PLUS A US CUSTOM'S OFFICE.

BEFORE BREAKFAST, I SLOWLY DRANK A FEW LITERS OF HOT WATER THIS MORNING. 

CUP BY CUP, MADE EASIER BY THE HOT WATER IN THE BREAKFAST NOOK.

IN BETWEEN I WALKED OUTSIDE TO STRETHC, DO A BIT OF YOGA MOVEMENTS.

STAYED IN,

DETOX BATH.

FINISHED DRINKING SEA SALT WATER FOR THE DAY.

HAVE BEEN SO DRAINED RECENT 10 OR SO DAYS.

WENT OUTSIDE FOR SUNSET.

OBVIOUS CHEM-TRAILS MARKED THE SKIES.

BACK IN FOR CLEANSE.

LAUNDRY ON PREMISES.

LATE DINNER.

PACKING, ORGANIZING.

I DRANK SOME CAFFEINE TO ASSIST IN CLARITY, THOUGH I TRY TO AVOID IT, 

LAST MINUTE WORKING ON MY TECH / EMAILS/ X ETC,

WHILE I HAVE A PEACEFUL SPOT.

ISOLATED, ONE IS FORCED TO GO TO PUBLIC INTERNET FOR ENGAGEMENT.

And then, one's internet is manipulated, managed in deleterious ways.

SMALL PAIN EVEN IN EAR NOW.

ON TOP OF NEEDING REST, HYDRATION...

IT WAS BROUGHT ON PROBABLY BY THE RATHER AWFUL FOOD FROM WHOLE FOODS.

NOT SURE WHY PEOPLE PAY EXTRA FOR SUCH.

MAYBE THE WHOLE FOODS FRESH FOODS ARE BETTER? THE ANIMAL PRODUCTS? 

BETTER TO HAVE STAYED IN HOTEL AND RESTED.

I WOKE UP EARLY IN THE ELEMENT AND THOUGHT IT WAS SATURDAY!

THE SATURDAY MORNING PRACTICE SCHEDULE IS : 8AM AND 10:00 AM.

I DECIDED TO GO TO 10AM.

THEN ABOUT  9:30 AM I REALIZED TODAY IS FRIDAY.

SIGH.

WEEKLY CLASSES ARE AT 6:30AM, 9:15AM, AND NOON.


I DECIDED TO SKIP NOON CLASS TODAY.

I GUESS THAT SLEEP DEPRIVATION IS CATCHING UP AGAIN. 

ATTENDED A 4PM CLASS. 

APPRECIATE THE TEACHER.

BUT IT WAS ONLY A 60 MIN CLASS. NOT REALLY ENOUGH TIME FOR ME.

AFTER CLASS I DRANK MY SALT WATERS.

WAITED A BIT...THEN DRANK A LITTLE VEGAN SMOOTHIE WITH PROTEIN AND MCT COCONUT, COCONUT CREAM, ETC.

I NEVER HAVE THESE STORE BOUGHT DRINKS. 

IT SEEMED TO WORK WELL FOR ME TODAY.


PULLED OVER IN PARKING LOT AND NAPPED IN CAR FOR ABOUT AN HOUR.



TUES, OCT 8, 2024- AT CAMPGROUNDS - PRE-FEMA CAMP PRACTICE- HURRICANE MILTON

 WOKE AT CAMPGROUNDS.

THE TINNITUS IS CONSTANT AS ALWAYS FOR MANY YEARS NOW. 

THE SHRILL SOUND VARIES IN VOLUME, PITCH AND TONE.

TO ME, WAKING NEAR THE OPEN AIR AND NATURE IS STILL LOVELY, AND MUCH HEALTHIER FOR MY CONSTITUTION, BETTER THAN CONDOMINIUM LIFE.

TODAY THEY TOOK DOWN ALL THE CANVAS/NETTING ETC OF THE TENTS.

LEAVING UP THE PLATFORMS.

YESTERDAY I TOLD THE CAMPGROUND EMPLOYEES THEAT WE NEEDED SOME SHARP BEDOUINS TO ASSIST IN TENT BREAKDOWN, AND RE-CONSTRUCT.

THEY LITERALLY ALL SMILED! 

OFTEN THEY ARE ALL MORE TACITURN.

I HAD BROKEN SLEEP DIFFICULT NIGHT OF SLEEP, AS IS USUAL, AND VARIED.

CAMPGROUNDS WILL CLOSE DOWN TODAY.

I SAW SOME OF THE THE DISMANTLING OF THE TENTS ON PLATFORMS.
