Besides the dances, I'd like to know more of such comparable practices in GREECE and during THE WHOLE OF ANCIENT, CLASSICAL GREECE ERA.

...And the era of the ROMAN EMPIRE too.

Thought I'd find out MORE ON GREECE while taking courses, practicing, studying RAJA YOGA in 2023.

NOT YET.

I think more facts will be rolling out very soon!

ELECTRICAL & TELECOM FREQUENCIES SURROUNDING HUMAN LIFE

Came across this video on the topic of man-made electronic frequencies that surround the modern person:
RESONANCE - BEINGS OF FREQUENCY
Quotes:
"The grid was built without first making sure it was safe."

"We have immersed ourselves in an OCEAN of [man-made] electromagnetic radiation."

Once one is aware enough to cleanse and nourish their own body...Consider the nervous system:
Take good care and pay attention to your own environments.

If you utilize electronics, and live on planet earth, may I remind you, as I remind myself, restfulness and meditation is fine, yet, be sure to have movement in your life daily. Find an exercise or sport that you enjoy enough to do happily. This will encourage daily dispersion of stored energies in and around your being.  Keep a clear and healthful home environment.

See 2012 Woodstock Fruit Festival here- Plan for next year!

Woodstock Fruit Festival is an annual(so far) summer retreat in New York State, USA.

It is a sweet time and place to cleanse and rejuvenate.

Some people do not fancy, or have difficulty chewing or digesting all those greens and vegetables.

There will be teachers and peers there who have lived through difficulties such as this, as well as many other modern life illnesses, and are finding active solutions to good health in present times.

Each will tell their own personal story. Much better than simply reading it in a book! Living books!

Plan for next year!

Also, each person interviewed, has a website listed under this Youtube video.
