DIFFICULT NIGHT.
FINALLY RESTED MAYBE 2 HOURS IN THE MORNING. 6-8 AM.
WOKE WITH iphone/ CELLPHONE STILL ON.
THE EVER PRESENT SHRILL RINGING HEAVIER INTO SKULL
WHEN I WOKE MY HEAD WAS IN STRANGE POSITION TWISTED TO THE RIGHT.
PAIN CALMED.
IT'S A BRIGHT SUNNY, YET COOLER DAY.
WE WILL SEE IF THE NEW PLACE TO STAY IS AVAILABLE.
IT WAS SUGGESTED TO ME, IN A PHONE CALL, BY A WOMAN, KIM K.

HOT SAUNA, VERY HEATED YOGA PRACTICE WILL HELP RELEASE THE TENSIONS.
THESE PRACTICES WILL HELP SO MANY PEOPLE.
I DO BEST JUST BEING ABLE TO HAVE SAUNA IN MY OWN HOME.
AND HAVING MY OWN ROOMS TO PRACTICE, OR A BRIEF WALKING DISTANCE SPOT TO PRACTICE IN.
