AWAKE UP TIL APPROX 6:30 AM
ABDOMEN WAS EXPOSED.
PUT ON SHIELDING.
#2-RESTED UNTIL APPROX 9:30 AM.
QUITE ALOT OF INFLAMMATIONS FOR NO REASONS.
I DO BEST WITH MORE INTENSE HEALTHY HEAT WITH SAUNAS, HOT BATHS, HEATED SLOW YOGA ETC.
HAVE ONLY A SHOWER IN RECENT MONTHS NOW.
