I SKIPPED HOT YOGA PRACTICE THE PAST 2-3 DAYS.
THIS SEEMED TO MAKE MY PAIN COME BACK, AND WORSE.

A heated room is valuable for my own practice.
yet, ...FOR ME, THE AIR IN THE HEATED PUBLIC ROOMS ARE NOT RECIRCULATED, NOR CLEANSED ENOUGH TO MAKE IT HEALTHFUL TO INHALE.
During classes the air in a YOGA room consists of all the exhalations,
AND BODILY OFF-GASSING of others.

GOOD QUALITY BUILDING BIOLOGY.
OZONE MACHINES, WHICH ARE INEXPENSIVE,
AND WHEN USED CORRECTLY WITH CORRECT A/C FILTERS AND VENTILATION ETC, COULD HELP IMPROVE MANY YOGA ROOMS.
