Light Shines in Response "On the Road to Shambala"

Three Dog Night - My one days Response to suffering:
on the worst seeming days & years>
when a loved ones suffering seems too much to fathom>
And, you know you can't carry or remove it for them>
you can't put their literally ripped up guts back in for them>
And, even Righteous Anger expressed to the beings involved would create useless turmoil...
there exists > a Happy, a happy more near equipoise...a subtle, embodied, firmly rooted resonance of what looks like happy, that can be tapped ONLY if it is real. It is a sensibilty, a resonance, a force to be engaged for ones own will to thrive and this can be transmitted through deeds, well-considered words & actions for the suffering, in order to bring some kind of good to the situation.
It is not a simpering new-agey, christian-y, wishy-washy, nor a passive-aggressive USA yoga "peace-out": I'm sending u vibes, or wishes, or prayers with no back-up! Engaging it may bring intelligent fierceness that will appall the most mealy-mouthed, holier-than-thou self-congratulatory types. We are embodied in flesh for good reasons. And when burnished and purified, there is this happy that is a deep, luminous, shimmering. An almost horrifying happy in the bones...that stretches to eternity & runs within, and one must draw upon this. It is a horrifying happy, because it can exist at the same time as one sees, there is, sitting in front of your faculties, this creature of fragile flesh & blood, who has been, and is still, being brutally ignored while in deep distress...Dismissed by nearly incomprehensibly cold & dead-souled creatures. These small monster, deadened-souled, mostly system-educated, often, sadly higher educated, over-psychologized, proudly hypnotized, coached, withholding & sometimes pharmeceuticalized creatures who are named Humans too. They are surely stolid in their OWN cruel, asinine, book-learned, let others hit-bottom, new-agey, psycho-babble, 'book-learned happy' too. Yet, they are persons who have consciously harmed or neglected to point of nearly rotting, another person they have used deeply for their own growth & discarded. Such is this world ....(and NO, it is not only the suffering person's "karma." or sins. ) years ago my yoga teacher told me: " I take my happiness seriously." I knew deeply then & know now, even more, what he meant...
