no sleep last night.
This is not a post asking for advice health advice!
It's an update.
On the treasure coast, Jensen Beach, Florida, all around me are naturally healthy people feeling drowsy, tired, during the daytime,
such good decent people, edgy, or in need of caffeine, or other coping substances.
Many who use no medications, at all.
many with headaches, neck and cervical tension, some with heavy pain.
